Waking up every morning can be more a hassle for most of us than a joy.

If we feel drowsy, overtired, or simply demotivated to go out of bed, a sad groan or an ooze can be heard when the alarm clock chimes. However, there is a more straightforward way to greet the day ahead. We have some ideas to help you wake up better, and every morning you will feel amazing.

Smart Alarm

The first step in your step to waking up with a spring is to alert you to something more intelligent. You can download one smart alarm app from the app store has some intelligent features such as photo mode, shake mode, and picture dismiss style. This type of alarm is intended to wake you up in your sleep cycle at the best moment. Only set a window of time (up to 30 minutes) you’d like to wake up and leave the rest for us. In the morning, as you sleep, your alarm will go down during your specified time, the stage when you will quickly wake up from slumber. Such type of alarms allows you to feel refreshed rather than exhausted and dizzy and ready to get out of bed without hitting the snooze button.

Natural Morning Light

Once you wake up, exposing yourself to natural morning sunlight is vital. This is key to have your inner clock, so it’s easier to wake up and get to bed every day at the right time. These will also help keep your sleep routine in place, improving your sleep hygiene, and helping you remain safe and reliable.

Peppy Scents

Having got out of bed and welcomed the day with a dose of morning light, you can awaken the other senses with an exhilarating scent. Peppermint, lemon, or grapefruit scented essential oils, hand soaps, body washing, or face washing are all perfect ways of getting a little extra pep.

Instant Coffee

Allow your coffee pot work for you when you wake up, by automatically brewing it in the morning. The smell of coffee beans will make you leave the bed to get your coffee jolt — and you will need to finish it during a busy morning.

Morning Stretches/Yoga

Taking a few minutes to stretch light or even a full range of yoga poses is an excellent way to achieve relaxation and naturally wake your body. It can be as simple as it is to touch your toes and make some lunges, or as complicated as a full yoga circuit.

Hopefully, you will feel more awake and revitalized than you usually do after this cycle. It may seem like a gradual process, but if you do going, your mind and body will thank you all day long.
